2022 World Wetlands Day Symposium

February 2, 2022 (delivered virtually)

COSIA is sponsoring the virtual 2022 World Wetlands Day Symposium on February 2, 2022, hosted by Mount Royal University. This year’s theme is “Wetland Actions for People and Nature”. In the oil sands region, wetlands cover about 50 per cent of the land base and COSIA members have been studying wetlands intensely for years to better understand how to manage them optimally.
